During the pandemic I recognized an urgent need to assist others in finding their way beyond stagnation and insecurity, therefore, I attended Dream Releaser Coaching for 40 weeks to become credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach.
Way Forward Coaching was founded in December 2020. With over 20 years of experience in both counsel and coaching coupled with education and wisdom, I am equipped to come alongside you in finding your way forward.

I am not exempt from life challenges, as I have battled with depression, I am a parent to a child with mental illness, I've suffered heartache, struggled with low self esteem, broken relationships, and the list goes on; but rather than live by default, I decided to live by design. In other words, daily I am creating the life I want as I find my way forward.
